What data we use and why

Contact form. If you write to us, we use your name, email and message only to reply. Legal basis: your consent when you send the form. We keep messages only as long as needed to answer you, and for a maximum of one year.

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we use your email to send you news about Draquis & Mipis (new books, printables and announcements). Legal basis: your consent, confirmed by double opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. The newsletter is for adults only.

Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying anyone.

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.

Who we share data with

We never sell or give away your data. Only these providers process it on our behalf (data processors):

  • MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania, European Union): sending the newsletter.
  • Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, cookie-free statistics, spam protection and contact email handling. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).

Children

This website is aimed at parents and teachers. We do not collect data from children: the newsletter and the contact form are for adults only.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email visible with JavaScript enabled].

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the authority in your country.
